I was told the deck was not adjusted correctly, but it was the way it came from the store and did no better after a couple times of usage after i got it back from repairs.
I was not charged for repairs as they deemed the sheared off bolts was no fault of mine since my land was so flat.
I kept having problems with it, so my son finally looked at it and found the fittings had not been lubricated.
Also, the dirt and grass kept cementing itself on the underside of the deck and the engine does not have the power to expel the grass out the port.
I have no choice, though, when the grass is long or else it chokes out the engine.
Also, i had one of the deck washer ports installed as i noticed the next year models of the mower came with them installed.
The only positive thing i can say is that when i can get it to run, it cuts about an hour off my mowing time.
If i had it to do over, i would never waste my money on husqvarna.
I had heard all sort of good things about this company and i figured i could not go wrong purchasing it from lowes.
Sad to say, i was wrong on both counts.
